From the outset, the East Maitland facility was designed to support a rapidly growing Hunter Valley community. Located on Metford Road directly opposite the new Maitland Public Hospital, the site combines modern self storage with genuine community benefit.
With over 800 individually alarmed storage units, wide driveways for easy access and a purpose-built concrete tilt panel design, the facility delivers both scale and quality. Stage one opened in 2020, with stage two completed in mid-2025, adding a further 400 units to meet increasing local demand.
